Review Form
The form is structured according to the document schema. An invoice has different fields than a receipt, and a custom schema may have fields that do not exist elsewhere. The fields are arranged in the order defined by the schema.
Invoice Fields
Document number and type, supplier and customer with IČO (Company Identification Number) and DIČ (Tax Identification Number), date of issue and due date, variable symbol, IBAN, tax base, VAT, and total, currency, VAT summary by rates, and items with quantity, unit, price per unit, price per row, and VAT rate.
For an item, there is also a Document Part. This is filled out for documents that have items in multiple tables — for example, energy settlement with separately charged supply, distribution, and regulated services. It contains the table title from which the row is copied, so it's clear where each piece comes from. A document with a single table has this field empty and does not go into accounting exports.
A column is drawn only when the parts of the rows actually differ. If the same thing or nothing is present in all rows, it disappears, leaving only the item name by which the row is identified.
Panel Widths
Between the document and the form is a bar that can be grabbed and moved. The document can then be narrowed if more space is needed for the items, or expanded when something is being searched for. It also works with the keyboard: pressing the left or right arrow keys, the Home key, or double-clicking will return to the default split. The browser remembers the ratio, so it only needs to be set once, not for every document. On a phone, the panels are stacked, and there is no bar.
Working with Items
Rows can be added and marked for deletion; a marked row will stay crossed out and will be skipped upon confirmation. In the field you clicked on, the original value from the model can be restored with a single click.
After every change, findings and recalculation proposals are recalculated — but not in the browser. The recalculation is done by the server, as the same rules and tolerances apply to documents that pass through the API and will never see any form. Practically, this means that after making a correction, you will wait a moment for the response, and then the findings will be updated all at once.
Calculations are found in the Recalculate bar: tax base as the sum of items, total as base plus VAT, VAT as the difference, and filling in missing row prices from quantity and unit price. They are only offered where they would change something.
Link to Preview
The Search in Document field above the preview finds text in the original and simultaneously highlights the form field that has the same value — regardless of diacritics, spaces between thousands, and decimal commas. Text highlighted in the preview can be copied (with a button or Ctrl+C) and pasted into the field.
It also works in reverse. When you click in a form field or tab to it, the preview will find its value in the document, frame it, and scroll to it. The amount can be found even if written with spaces between thousands and a decimal comma, the date even in the format 12. 3. 2026. If the value in the document does not exist, the preview bar will state The value of the field does not exist in the document. Such a value may be misread or calculated by the model, and it is worth taking a look at it.
This works with PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files as well as with photos and scans. Photos and scans do not have text, so the application reads it machine-wise (OCR) upon opening the review. The first time it takes a few seconds, longer for multi-page scans, and if you click in the field before, the frame will appear as soon as the text is read. Machine reading can occasionally misinterpret a digit, so values that are read differently are not framed in the image. Therefore, the message The value of the field does not exist in the document will not be shown for photos and scans.
Values shorter than three characters, like a rate of 21 or a quantity of 1, are not searched for: they appear in many places on the document, and highlighting them would not convey any information.
Decisions Next to Data
Some findings are resolved not by correcting the value but by deciding on the document: change the direction to issued, swap supplier with customer, take the document type from the document instead of the folder. Buttons are located near the finding; the decision is visible above the form and can be undone until confirmation.
Saving
Changes are saved upon confirmation, not continuously. Closing the window or switching to another document via arrow keys will discard unfinished changes without asking, so confirm the document where you corrected forty rows before moving on.
