Updates
What has changed in the app and what it means for you. The latest is at the top.
Only what you will notice while working is included: new features, behavioral changes, and fixes. When a record is added, a dot will appear next to the Help tab, and it will disappear once you open this page.
The app is deployed continuously, so releases don't have version numbers, only dates.
September 24, 2026
Email notifications. When something happens in your account that you should know about, an email will be sent: credits are running low or have run out, documents will be deleted after a week, the API key is about to expire, the connection to accounting has stopped working, webhook delivery has failed, a message has arrived from an unauthorized sender, or a guest has accepted an invitation to the folder. Security notifications will be sent upon the creation of a new API key and upon changing the webhook address. Each notification is sent once when the reason occurs. A list is on the Email Notifications page.
Morning summary via email. Every morning at 7:00, a summary of the previous day will be sent to the account's email: how many documents have arrived, how many have been processed, what has failed, what is pending review, overdue invoices, and remaining credits. Each line is a link, for example, to a list of unprocessed documents from yesterday. It only sends on the day a document has arrived, including on weekends. It is enabled for all accounts; you can turn it off in the settings or with one click from the email link. Details are on the Morning Summary via Email page.
Invitation to share a folder is sent via email. When you share a folder, the invitee will receive an email with a link to the app, even if they don't yet have an account with us. Previously, they would only find out about the invitation after logging in or through Telegram, so you had to notify them. Details are on the Folder Sharing page.
Bank payment order from selected invoices. In the Due Dates tab, you can check invoices and download a file with the Payment Order button, which you can upload to online banking as a bulk order. Account numbers, amounts, and symbols are no longer manually re-entered. You can choose ABO, which is accepted by every domestic bank, the new unified XML standard of the Czech Banking Association, and XML for Fio Bank. Payments will be sent on the due date or all on one day; weekends and holidays will move to the next working day. Only invoices with verified accounts (confirmed in review or with no findings for the account), in crowns, and with a valid domestic account will go into the order, and what doesn't comply will be reported in a window along with the reason. After downloading, it will offer to mark invoices as paid. Details are on the Due Dates page.
Document list without horizontal scrolling. Long file names get shortened earlier, so the table fits on the screen and the document status does not wrap into several rows. The full name along with the extension will show in a bubble when hovering over the name.
Fix: preview finds the price from the item table. A click on the unit price or total amount of the item will show the value in the document even where it stands right next to the quantity and other numbers in the row. Until now, the preview for such a value indicated that it was not stated in the document.
QR payment in the invoice detail. In the due date of a received invoice, there is a QR Payment link that shows a QR code for your bank's app. After scanning, the payment is filled in and just needs to be confirmed.
September 23, 2026
Clicking on a field shows where the value is in the document. In review, just clicking on the form field or tabbing to it, and the preview on the left will find the value in the document, outline it, and scroll to it. The amount will be found even if written with spaces between thousands and the decimal comma, and the date as 12. 3. 2026. The preview will announce values that do not exist in the document at all: they may have been read incorrectly or calculated by the model. It works for PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as for photos and scans: these apps read the text machine-wise upon opening the review, so it takes a moment for the box to appear. Details are on the Review Form page.
The app calculates according to your time, not Prague time. The account now has a time zone, and based on it, you can tell what is today for you: which invoice is overdue, by which day a document without a readable issue date falls in summaries, and what time the morning reminder will arrive in Telegram. It still arrives at seven in the morning, but in your time — customers outside the Czech Republic previously received it in the middle of the night.
You don’t need to set anything. The time zone is taken from the browser, so it is automatically correct. Anyone who is in a different location than where they account can switch it in Settings → Time Zone; the selected time zone will then be valid permanently and will not change from another computer. Accounts that do not change remain on Czech time as before. Details are on the Account and Company page.
Search finds even what the model did not extract from the document. The Document Data filter in the overview previously searched only the values that the model read from the document. Thus, a receipt from which only the total amount made it into the data could not be found according to specific goods, even though it was written on paper. Now the search also looks in the machine transcription of the document and in the text within the file, so “screwing” finds a hardware store receipt and a word from the description finds a contract.
At the same time, diacritics are no longer distinguished: “sroubeni” will find “Šroubení” and vice versa, so you do not have to type accents — it doesn't matter if the transcription is mangled. For words, typing just the beginning is enough, “doprav” will find both dopravné and dopravu. If you type more than one word, the document must contain all of them. A fragment inside the word, such as part of the IČO, is searched only in the read data.
In the archive, the transcription is searched immediately, including documents from years ago. The text inside the file is supplemented for older documents in the background, so it may not be complete a few hours after the data is added. Details are on the Filters and Search page.
September 22, 2026
You can set the width of the document and form yourself. Between the document preview and the form, there is a bar that can be grabbed and dragged: the document can be narrowed when more space is needed for items or expanded otherwise. You can control it with the arrow keys, and double-clicking will return it to the default division, which now gives more space to the form. The ratio is remembered by the browser, so it applies to the next document as well. On phones, where the panels are stacked, the bar is not present.
The Document Part column will only appear when it distinguishes something. It describes from which table of the document the row is copied, and for a document with a single table, it either says the same thing for all rows or nothing. Now, in such a case, it will not be drawn, and the space will remain for the item name, by which the row is identified. As soon as the document has items in multiple tables, the column will appear by itself.
New check: items in a different currency than the total. Foreign invoices from the cloud are billed in dollars, and only the summary is converted to the payment currency, so the document has items in one currency and the tax base in another. The total then does not match and previously the application reported it with a general Item total does not match the tax base, for which there was nothing to correct. Now it recognizes from the document transcription in which currency item prices are listed and states it directly: Item prices on the document are in USD, but the Currency field has a different currency. The issuer converted only the summaries to the payment currency and left the breakdown in the original currency. It does not offer correction because the correct answer does not derive from the document — what to do about it is on the page Findings and Fixes. The summation check is not run for such a document to avoid reporting the same issue twice.
New check: item breakdown read twice. Multi-page documents sometimes list the same items a second time under a different title — a cloud invoice has a breakdown by services and then again by accounts. The model read both tables, so the total counted out double and everything would have gone to accounting twice. Now the app recognizes this and the document will show the finding Item breakdown is present multiple times with a button that keeps the first occurrence of each set and deletes the rest. It only reports if all items are repeated the same number of times: one extra does not create a finding because two identical pairs on the document are common. The check can be turned off in Settings → Document Checks like the others, and in the demonstration account, its own document is waiting for it. Details are on the page Findings and Fixes.
One message instead of three. For a document that is pending review due to item sums, the same sentence previously appeared three times: a banner over the window, a hint above the form, and a summary of findings. Now, the one that can offer a correction remains. The banner over the window now hides where the form is visible, and the hint stays silent when the finding speaks of the sum. In accounts where summation checks are turned off, where no findings arise, the hint will still be displayed.
Fix: message for mismatched item sums. For a document where the base plus VAT match the total amount, the application does not offer item summation as a correction — by inserting it, that relationship would break. However, the sentence about the finding did not account for it, leaving a gap for the missing number (“Item total gives , but the VAT base field has 74.91"). Now such an invoice will receive a sentence that explains why there is no suggestion.
We monitor invoice due dates. The new Due Dates tab shows received invoices waiting to be paid: overdue, due in the coming days, due later, and postponed, with a summary for each group by currency. How many invoices are overdue is shown directly on the tab. There are three buttons for each invoice, each meaning something different: Paid records the payment date and removes the invoice (it can be restored), Postpone mutes it for a few days, and Do Not Monitor permanently removes it from notifications — this is for invoices paid by direct debit or someone else. A Due Date column has been added to the document overview along with a filter based on payments, and in the document detail, a row with status and buttons. The payment reported by Fakturoid is taken as before; the manual mark is next to it, and only the manual one can be checked. Anyone with a connected Telegram can enable a morning message at 7 AM in Settings → Due Date Monitoring; it is sent upon changes, not every day, so an overdue invoice won’t annoy you every morning. There also, you set how many days in advance an invoice is considered early due and from when due dates are monitored — for existing accounts, it is two weeks back so that when enabled, previously paid invoices don’t light up as debt. We’ve calculated the due dates of older documents from their dates. Details are on the Due Dates page.
Counter parties. The new Counter Parties tab shows suppliers and customers as your documents know them: how many documents you have from them, totals by currency, IČO, DIČ, and the response from the VIES registry. In detail, the latest documents, known accounts, and findings from corrections are combined, and the All Documents button will open a list filtered for that company. A default folder and tags can be set for the counterparty: a new document without a folder will be moved to it after extraction and will receive tags immediately. If the supplier sends invoices directly to your receiving address via email, assign their address to the counterparty and the message will go to their folder even before extraction; the folder in the plus-address takes precedence. The detail will offer addresses from which documents have come only from that company, but you assign them. The Forget button will delete what the app remembers about the company, but documents will remain. Older documents will automatically connect to counter parties in the background. Details are on the Counter Parties page.
We monitor changes to the supplier's account. The most common invoice scam is a known supplier and a different account number: the invoice looks like the previous one, but the money goes elsewhere. A control total cannot detect this, as the forged account is usually valid. The app now remembers for each supplier the accounts you have paid them, and when a different one appears on the document, it reports it as a finding Supplier has a different account than before. It is a finding, not a blocking: accounts do change, so upon confirmation, it can be approved like any other, and from that point the new account is also known. The account is remembered only upon confirming the review, not recognition — otherwise, a forged invoice would register its account before someone opens it. Therefore, the first document from a supplier only sets the base and does not report anything. Domestic entries and IBAN of the same account are treated as one, so an invoice that writes the account differently than last time will not create a false finding. This only applies to received documents; for issued invoices, it is your own account. The control is enabled, and you can turn it off in Settings → Document Checks like the others. Details are on the page Findings and Fixes.

The app learns from your corrections. When you correct a supplier document during review from whom documents repeatedly arrive, it takes the finding from the correction and passes it to the model as help for their next document: that the supplier is named "ČEZ Prodej, a.s." with the accent, or that they have a variable symbol under the Reference title. The document always has priority, so a renamed supplier will be processed correctly. The account number and amounts are never remembered; they are always read from the document. You can find findings in Settings → Supplier Findings; they cannot be modified, only deleted, and the creation and deletion are visible in activity. The whole feature can be turned off there: stored findings will remain, but they will not be used, and no new ones will be created. For a document from which the model received help during extraction, the Details tab will show a box Model received help with a list of findings, and such a document will have the label With Help in the list, which can be filtered. The name, IČO, DIČ, and currency are remembered right from the first correction if the corrected value is indeed present in the document; other fields after repetition. Details are on the page Supplier Findings.
Settings sections have their own address. Clicking on the section name in the left navigation will append its anchor to the address, for example, /app/settings#settings-telegram, and the link can be copied or opened in a new tab. Upon opening such an address, the page will automatically scroll to the section.
Response from help will no longer get stuck. When two people asked for help at the same time, both responses could hang while loading, and during that time, the processing of documents would be delayed. Queries now wait only on the model, not on each other.
Help is accessible even without logging in. You can find it on the website under the Help link in the footer, so you can send a link to a specific guide to someone who doesn't have an account. The texts are the same as in the app and searching within them works too; answers composed of sentences remain only in the app. Links between the pages of help now lead where they should — previously they opened in a blank tab.
Website language is in the address. The Czech version is at parsedoc.dev/cs/, the German at /de/, and the English without a prefix. A link you send to someone will open in the same language as it does for you, and the website will automatically switch to the language of your browser the first time. The Usage and How It Works pages have new addresses (/use-cases, /integrations), and the old ones redirect. The language in the app can be switched as before.
September 20, 2026
Faster startup, especially on phones. When the app opens, it only downloads what it immediately needs: interface texts only in your language, the Settings, Overviews, Schemes, Activity, and Invoicing tabs only when you open them, and help also only in your language. The question mark for help next to a field previously downloaded texts in all twenty languages, over 4 MB; now it is a fraction. When the tab is opened for the first time, a brief loading message will be shown.
Shared receipt waits for a signal. When you have ParseDoc installed as an app on your phone and you share a receipt to it via the system's Share without connection, the file is saved to a queue on the phone and will upload itself as soon as there is a signal — no later than at the next opening of the app. Instead of a browser error page, you will see a confirmation that it is saved, and on the Documents tab, the number of files waiting will be displayed. You can share multiple files consecutively. Previously, the second share would overwrite the first, and an upload that failed due to a signal interruption meant uploading the file again manually. Shared documents are now processed with the account’s default settings, just like documents from email and Telegram. Details are in uploading from file.
Archives with documents. Upload a ZIP, RAR, 7z, or TAR (including .tar.gz) and you don’t have to unpack it: a document will be created from each file inside, and all will receive a label based on the name of the archive, such as invoices-august. This works in the app, via API, as email attachments, and in Telegram, where the bot will indicate how many documents were created from the archive. Folders and system-attached files are skipped, ISDOC alongside the PDF of the same invoice counts as one document, and from one archive, a maximum of fifty documents can be created. Previously, ZIP files were rejected as unsupported. Details are in uploading from file.
Review form speaks the interface language. The buttons for restoring the original value, the label with the original value, deleting and adding rows, and alerts for misaligned rows were in Czech and in other languages. Now they are translated as the rest of the app.
Templates of custom schemes with English field names. Templates (invoice, VAT invoice, receipt, delivery note, minimal) now have field names in English, just like the system schemes, so the review form will show translated labels instead of bare names. The field descriptions that the model reads are in the interface language. Already created schemes do not change.
Export from shared folders including custom schemes. A guest to whom someone shared a folder could previously only export documents recognized with the owner's custom scheme en masse to JSON, tables, or PDF. Accounting formats were rejected as it looked for the scheme under the guest's account. Now it is determined by whose scheme it really is, just like the review form.
Uploaded email will try to extract message text even after an attachment is rejected. When no document is created from the attachments of an uploaded .eml file, perhaps because an invoice in it had already been uploaded once, it processes the message text — just like incoming email to the receiving address. Previously, the text for an uploaded email was only checked if the message had no attachments at all. Uploaded emails and incoming emails now follow the same rules, including the cap of ten documents from one message.
Ask help with a complete sentence. When you search in help with a full question, a button called Ask With a Sentence will appear above the results. The answer will be composed of pages from help and will be shown along with links to them. Searching remains as it was — the answer is an addition above it. One hundred queries per account and day, it doesn’t cost credits and does not affect your documents: responses are given only from help.
Help for your own agent. Connection via MCP supports the new tool search_help, which returns help pages. ChatGPT or Claude can thus automatically answer a question about the app themselves, in their own words and without our model. The tool does not return documents or account data.
September 18, 2026
Price after discount, not before. When a document prints both the price before and after the discount — receipts from hypermarkets, invoices from construction companies — the price after the discount is extracted. Previously, the first one in order went into data, so the cost came out higher than what you actually paid.
New tax check against item rates. A foreign invoice issued in crowns often has a column with tax in its currency, and at first glance, everything matches: the base plus tax gives the amount due, and the items match the base. It is only when looking at the item rates that it becomes clear. Such a document will now receive a finding. The repair button is purposely not included — when the tax is wrong, the amount due is often wrong as well, and a document needing to correct two fields at once belongs to a person.
Tax amount recorded instead of the rate will be corrected. German invoices often have an amount in euros in the “MwSt.” column instead of a percentage, leading to a rate such as 19.84%. This will only be corrected if such a rate does not apply anywhere in the EU, and upon reading it as an amount, the resulting rate will be one that exists, with the calculated tax matching the summary of the document.
Foreign VAT rates are no longer a finding. Polish 23%, Austrian 20%, and Portuguese 6% were previously reported as an unusual rate. Domestic documents are still measured by Czech rates according to the issue date.
Missing rate for an item will be supplemented. Discounts, rounding, or deduction of advances often have a dash in the rate column. Such a line previously fell into a zero rate and the recap did not match what is on the document. The rate is supplemented only if it is confirmed by the total.
Items with prices including tax will be recalculated. For an invoice, the row price is without tax, and whenever the model took the amount with tax, it would go to accounting inflated by the rate. From a sample of 92 invoices, this affected fifteen. Documents extracted earlier are recalculated retroactively, without new processing and without costing credits.
Email uploading (.eml). Upload a saved message, and a document will be created from each of its attachments. You will find out why for an attachment from which no document was created.
IČO is compared with the DIČ of the same party. The Czech DIČ of a company contains its IČO, so it can be verified that both numbers belong to the same company. It catches the mix-up between supplier and customer, for which the control digits are insufficient — both numbers are valid, only belong to someone else. Correction for this finding is offered with one click.
September 17, 2026
A document will not be processed twice. If the queue delivers the same job again, the second attempt will stop. A document that anyone stops working on will return to waiting status after ten minutes.
Webhook and Telegram message will only be sent after the document is saved. In the short moment between the end of processing and saving, it could previously happen that the webhook was never sent, or that Telegram reported “done” for a failed document.
September 16, 2026
Exhausted model limit will not drop the document. After a large batch, documents above the daily limit were previously recorded as an error. Now, they wait in the queue and will be processed as soon as the limit is released — without an error message and without moving credits back and forth.
Large batch will not block others. The queue alternates between customers, so importing a thousand documents will not stop a document that someone else uploads in the meantime.
More accurate extraction. Extraction has transitioned to a newer model: on the control set, 98.4% of fields are correct compared to the earlier 88.0%. The erroneous hyphenation and confusion between zero and the letter O in product codes have vanished.
Digital PDFs are read from the text layer as well. In addition to the image of the page, text from the file goes into extraction, so what may be confused in images is also read. Accuracy in sampling increased from 98.4% to 100%.
A Czech company's IČO must have eight digits. Extra digits were previously not assessed at all to avoid false findings for foreign registration numbers. That it is a Czech company is revealed by the DIČ of the same party.
Confirmation of a document with findings requires conscious consent. A document with findings will no longer pass through just like that: findings will appear in a window and are confirmed using the Confirm Anyway button. An overlooked IBAN without two zeros will not get mixed up among corrections for other fields.
Searching in preview also searches in data. What you find in the original on the left will be highlighted on the right, in the form, and in the result. An amount copied from the document (“16,591.56”) can find its counterpart even in JSON or XML.
Processing runs in its own service. Deploying a new version no longer interrupts documents being processed.
September 15, 2026
Repair completed document. In the header of the window, there is a button with two paths: return the document for review and correct the data, which costs nothing, or reprocess it with a different type. Previously, with a poorly processed document, the only option was to delete it and upload it again for more credits.
General receipt as a new document type. A receipt from a restaurant could previously pass as a fuel receipt because there was only a choice between invoice and fuel. A schema for a regular receipt was added, and when no fuel is present on the fuel receipt, it will report that.
Receipt to ISDOC as a simplified tax document, alongside the existing Pohoda and Money S3.
ISDOC according to the official schema 6.0.2. The previous output of the schema did not comply; it lacked the required half of the document. Now it is verified against it automatically.
Format into which the selected document type does not go will not exist anywhere. Such a conversion would previously be rejected for downloading, but the detail, preview, webhook, and MCP could create it. Now it returns the same message everywhere.
Invoice without VAT no longer has summaries in items. A document from a non-payer could occasionally have subtotals, total amounts, or amounts due in the breakdown, causing the breakdown to be a multiple of the actual amount.
Upon confirming review, another waiting document will open. Previously, the window stayed on the confirmed document, and you had to navigate to the next one using arrows through everything lying between them in the list.
Arrow navigation opens the default tab. The selected tab only applies to the document on which the choice was made; an unconfirmed document starts with review.
September 14, 2026
Document names without extensions. The list and the window show “invoice” instead of “invoice.pdf”. You can turn this off in the account settings; the saved file name remains unchanged and the downloaded file still has its extension.
New PDF preview. We draw it ourselves, so it works on mobile — previously, only the first page was shown on iPhones, and nothing was displayed on Androids. Zooming with a two-finger gesture, text searching, and page previews have been added.
Export to PDF and full ZUGFeRD. Document to read as PDF and ZUGFeRD as PDF/A-3 with embedded XML; until now, only bare XML was returned. The previous ZUGFeRD format remains XML to avoid breaking webhooks and API clients.
Result is created only when you want it. Repairing a conversion thereby extends even to old documents: when you download an invoice again, you will receive it in the current format. The model is not recalled again, and it doesn't cost credits.
September 13, 2026
Custom document name. The header of the window has a field with a pencil, so you can name the document as you wish. The file name remains under it and searches for both.
DIČ check against the VIES registry. Both the supplier’s and customer’s DIČ are verified in the VAT payers registry of the European Commission. It does not cost anything and queries our server, not your browser.
Buttons for resolution in direction, type, and duplication. Where we know what to do with a finding, there is a button. For document direction, a change in direction and swapping of supplier and customer will be offered — determined by looking at the original.
Overviews: quick choices of what × when. One row of choices previously mixed receivables with liabilities into one amount. Now picking is done separately for what (receivables, liabilities, fuel) and separately for what period.
The period in overviews is based on the issue date, not the upload date. An August invoice uploaded in September previously belonged to September.
ČNB exchange rates as of the document date. Conversion to one currency previously took today’s rate for everything, so last year's euro invoice was calculated with this year's rate. Rates are stored with history, and each document is recalculated at the rate of the day of issue.
File that is not a document. An advertisement uploaded by mistake previously passed as a document with benefits in the items. Recognition is now allowed to respond that this is not a document, and the file will remain unidentified even before extraction.
Price in credits also for electronic invoices. Zero for a document from ISDOC or ZUGFeRD now means “loaded without a model, free”, not “price unknown”.
September 11, 2026
Form available even for completed documents. In dual preview, there is a switch Form / Data, so the recognized data can be read by fields and labels, not just as JSON or XML.
Color of labels and folders. The palette selects colors that are readable in both light and dark themes. Previously, the color was derived from the name, so it was only able to distinguish the labels from each other.
Why the document is pending review directly in the list. A bubble above the badge will list findings using the same sentences as the review form. An empty list means that the document is in order and that review is requested by the account settings.
What the occupied space consists of. A bubble next to the badge will list the number of documents, how many of them are in the trash along with their size, average size, and the largest file. The trash has always counted toward occupancy — deleted documents remain in storage — now this is visible from the interface.
Remaining deadlines in months and years. Instead of “3650 days remaining,” the unit shows based on how far the deadline's end is.
Only files that did not pass will remain in the list after uploading. Twenty green checkmarks are not read by anyone, and among them, that one red line is lost. How many documents passed will be reported.
Foreign documents upon switching accounts. Anyone who logged out and immediately logged into the demo account saw their own documents there for a short while: data remained in page memory. Now, each time an account is switched, the memory is cleared.
Messages, windows, and panels follow one rule. What happened and is gone will be stated in a message at the top. What is about to happen and needs a decision will ask via a window. What applies to what you are currently viewing remains a panel with that content.
September 10, 2026
Sending to five accounting systems. Fakturoid, iDoklad, SuperFaktura, Xero, and QuickBooks, each on its own creator library, including bulk sending of the entire selection. You can set this up in Settings → Connections.
Downloading the entire overview has moved to the overview. The floating bar at the bottom belongs to the selection; downloading everything that passed the filter is in the header of the table, concerning what it relates to.
Filter of the overview in three columns according to the questions one asks about it: what type of document it is, from what time, and where I placed it.
Open window knows that the document is completed. Anyone who opened a document in the queue and waited for it, was looking at “waiting for processing” even long after it was finished.
Summary line among items will be removed by itself. The line “Total” transferred to items doubled the document breakdown, and it would have gone to accounting as an extra item.
September 8, 2026
Folder is selected during upload. The tab bar below the overview looked like a filter that did not filter. It is now the first field of the upload form, above the options coming from the folder.
Searching by document identifier. Just the start of the ID from the API response is enough, and it searches with the same field as by name.
Label and folder can be recognized at first glance. Previously, both categorizations had the same badges. The folder retained the folder icon and a neutral color, while color from the name remained with the labels.
Editor of custom schemes on CodeMirror. The previous one was downloaded from a foreign CDN during runtime, so it never started without it.
Activity as a proper audit log. The entry “Received email and created 1 document” did not indicate which email or from whom. Events now include what actually happened.
“Document type” no longer means two things. In the filter and in the detail, the direction of the document was named Document Type, although the same word denotes the selection of the schema. Now it is called Document Direction and a filter by type has been added.
Receipt for fuel to Pohoda and Money S3 as a cash register document, not as an invoice. Up to CZK 10,000, it is a simplified tax document, which does not fit into the invoice agenda.
Exports are validated against the official XSDs of the producers. This immediately found places where the file looked correct but broke when imported into accounting.
Security: the API key no longer manages incoming addresses. The key designated for uploading documents previously could create email addresses for incoming, adding anyone among allowed senders. These endpoints now belong only to the logged-in account.
September 7, 2026
System schemas. The schemas we provide are a separate group above yours. They are read-only, and the document remembers which schema it was extracted against — against the previous template, which was a one-off copy of text into the editor. Among them is the receipt for fuel.
Folder pre-fills options. Document type, output format, direction, and accounting currency can be stored with the folder, and uploads will take them from there.
Overviews above recognized data. Totals by periods, currencies, and types of documents.
Corrected field names for cloud formats. Verification against documentation and SDK found six errors, some of which changed numbers on the document — for example, in iDoklad the choice of price type, which means prices including VAT, even though they are sent without.
September 4, 2026
From four output formats to sixteen. Four cloud accounting formats and three European e-invoicing formats (Peppol BIS 3.0, XRechnung 3.0, ZUGFeRD / Factur-X) and the old binary Excel were added.
Document direction. All transfers previously targeted the liabilities side, so the owned issued invoice was accounted as a liability instead of a receivable. The direction is selected during upload.
Customer in extraction. Previously, a placeholder value was inserted into the e-invoicing formats.
Accounting unit currency. Pohoda distinguishes domestic and foreign currency by accounting unit, not by crowns, and Slovak Pohoda leads euros. This is chosen during upload because one account can manage businesses in multiple countries.
Multi-page documents in full. Only the first page was processed, even though credits were deducted for all. The cap is twenty pages, and is monitored at upload.
Templates for custom schemas. Five templates instead of an empty page.
Target format in the document overview. The table did not show it, although the application knew it.
Export to XLS in the deployed version did not work. It returned an error message instead of a file, and it was hard to identify on the development machine.
Security audit of all endpoints. Among three findings, the most serious one was that the server sent a webhook to any address it received, including addresses on the internal network.
