Account Settings
Everything that is set up once and then forgotten. The tab is one long page divided into sections; on a wider screen, there is a navigation pane on the left that tracks where you are.
Sections
- My Company — IČO and name to identify the document’s direction.
- Time Zone — based on what counts as today and when the morning reminder is sent.
- Processing Mode — AI + OCR (3 credits per page), or AI extraction (1 credit).
- Duplicate Check — reject files that have already been processed by the account.
- Pre-send Check — which documents are awaiting confirmation and what is being checked.
- Receiving Documents by Email — addresses, permitted senders, replies.
- Receiving via Telegram — linked chats and notifications.
- Deadline Monitoring — what is soon due, from when it’s monitored, and morning reminders to Telegram.
- Morning Summary by Email — overview of yesterday’s activity every morning, see Morning Summary by Email.
Apart from settings, there are Email Notifications: running low on credits, approaching document deletions, expiring API keys, and more. These are sent regularly and cannot be turned off.
- Accounting Integrations — Fakturoid, iDoklad, SuperFaktura, Xero, QuickBooks.
- For Developers — API keys, webhook, MCP, link to API documentation.
- Tags and Automatic Tags.
- Document Management — default options, identity, sharing, archiving, deletion.
- Cookies and Privacy — changing consent.
- Page Previews in PDF and Document Names without Extension — display options.
- Appearance — light, dark, system default.
Settings apply to newly uploaded documents. Drafts will be completed as they were uploaded — a document retains a copy of its relevant settings upon upload.
What is Saved Where
Appearance and language are set in the browser, so they apply to you and the specific device. Everything else, including page previews and names without extension, is stored on the account.
The time zone is a special case: it is on the account, but until selected, it is taken from the browser. Once selected, the browser will not revert to it — otherwise, your choice would reset when you click from a different computer.
Section Addresses
Each section has its own anchor in the address, for example, /app/settings#settings-telegram. The link thus directs straight to it and can be sent to a colleague: upon opening, the page will scroll to the section automatically.
You can get the section address by clicking its name in the navigation pane on the left, and the anchor will be written into the address bar. The items in the navigation are standard links, so "Copy Link Address" and opening in a new tab also work. The back button in the browser leads away from settings, not passing through the sections you have navigated.
