Your Account

The account is the Google email address you use to log in. We don't keep your name or other details about you. We send a morning summary to your account address, which can be turned off, notifications when something happens in your account that you should know about, and invitations to folders when someone shares a folder with you. You will also see invitations after logging in and in Telegram if you have it linked. Stripe handles payment notifications.

Company Identity

The most important part of the entire setup. In the My Company section, you enter the IČO and name; these determine the direction of the document, and your DIČ (VAT ID) is excluded from the VIES registry check.

You can look up the IČO in ARES by clicking the Load from ARES button: when the IČO is filled in, it completes the name, and with part of the name, it offers companies to select from. Without filling it in, the direction is only pre-filled from the settings, and no one verifies it.

After your first login, the application will ask about this in the welcome window.

Time Zone

The account's time zone determines what is today for you. It decides which invoice is overdue, which day a document falls into in overviews for documents with unreadable issue dates, and at what time the morning reminder for due dates is sent — always at 7:00 AM your time.

You don't need to fill it in. The application takes the time zone from the browser, so it’s correct from the first login. In the Time Zone section, you can switch it if you are located elsewhere than where you do your accounting: the According to Browser option follows the device, while any selected time zone is valid indefinitely and won't change from another computer.

The due date reminder may skip a day or come twice on the day you switch the time zone, depending on which direction you moved. From the next day onward, it will come once daily again.

Multiple Companies

You can manage multiple companies under one account by setting the identity for each individual folder. The account settings then serve as a backup for documents outside the folders.

Processing and Verification

Here you can switch the processing mode (with OCR or without), duplicate checks, and pre-submission checks: from which channels the documents are verified, whether only those with findings, whether a warning about remaining findings is provided before confirmation, and which checks are running. Details are in the Document Verification chapter.

Just below the verification section is a list of Supplier Insights: what the application has remembered from your corrections and passes on to the model for other documents from the same supplier. Insights can only be deleted, not edited, and the entire feature can be turned off with a switch. More on the page Supplier Insights.

Account Deletion

You cannot delete the account in the application. If you want to stop using it, download what you need, delete the documents, and empty the trash; otherwise, the documents will auto-delete after the retention period. For account deletion itself, please write to us. Cancel the subscription separately on the Billing tab.
