Telegram

Telegram is the fastest way to get a receipt into the system right after payment. Take a photo, send it to the bot, tap on the folder, and you're done.

Connection

In the settings, under the Telegram Receipt section, click on Connect Telegram. A chat with the bot will open, and the connection will happen automatically; if Telegram does not open, there is a link on the page. The code in the link is valid for ten minutes and can be used once.

You can connect up to five chats — phone, tablet, colleague. Each can be paused or disconnected individually; you can also disconnect from the chat with the command /unlink.

Working with the Bot

Send a photo, PDF, or archive with documents (ZIP, RAR, 7z, TAR). The bot will ask which folder the document belongs to and offer buttons (the first eight folders in alphabetical order and Uncategorized). Only after tapping will the file be downloaded and the document created — until then, no credits will be deducted. The archive will be extracted, and a document will be created from each file inside with a label according to the name of the archive; the bot will inform you how many there were.

The bot will confirm the categorization, and the document will be processed in the background. The bot will inform you about the processing outcome only if you enable it: in the settings, you can select which channels' documents and the result (done, done with warning, error). The bot does not send document details; for that, use the application.

Commands: /info shows your account, tariff, and remaining credits, /last the last five documents with links to the application, /lang the bot's language, /help a command list.

The bot can send one message at 7 AM with invoices that are due. This can be enabled in Settings → Due Date Monitoring and will only send when there is a change, not daily. Details can be found on the Due Dates page.

Limitations

  • Telegram compresses photos sent as images. Preferably send the receipt as a file, which will remain in its original resolution.
  • The bot accepts files up to 20 MB; larger files should be uploaded in the application.
  • The folder selection displays only the first eight. Those who have more will categorize the document into Uncategorized and move it in the application.
  • A paused chat cannot perform any functions — not even /info. This is useful if the phone is lost.
